V2 Cloud (“the app”), operated by Virtual Vision (Al-Kam Telecommunications and Information Technology Company) (“we”, “us”), is a tool for V2 Cloud customers to monitor and manage their own cloud infrastructure. We designed it to keep your data on your device and under your control. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
We do not operate any analytics, tracking, or data-collection backend for this app. We do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information.
When you sign in, your V2 Cloud account credentials are stored only in the iOS Keychain on your device. They never leave your device except as direct, authenticated requests to the V2 Cloud API to retrieve your own data. We do not have access to them.
Biometric authentication is used only to unlock the app locally on your device. Biometric data is handled entirely by iOS and is never accessible to us.
Information about your servers, billing, and infrastructure is fetched directly from the V2 Cloud API over an encrypted HTTPS connection and cached on your device so the app works offline. This data stays on your device.
The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with any third party.
The app is intended for business users and is not directed at children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
